For the ultimate in luxe dining, Vienna at Le Monde – one of Edinburgh's premier boutique hotels – is a stylish spot for business lunches, after-work cocktails and private parties. Located in George Street, this award-winning restaurant has an indulgent, eclectic vibe with curved leather banquettes, a large bar, wooden floors and a glamorous crowd; and you can choose to dine in the buzzy Island Bar dining room or the more discreet Back Bar lounge. The fresh and seasonal modern Euro menu includes signature dishes such as the Chicken raman; chicken breast cooked in chicken stock, served with pak choi, chillies, spring onions, peppers & noodles.
