The Garden Brasserie is long, bright, spot lit space on the ground floor of the Novotel Tower Bridge. Waistcoated waiters weave expertly among well spaced smart pale wood tables, serving hot off the hob Scottish steaks, the king of which is the cote de beouf, weighing a huge 360g uncooked. You need to be hungry to finish it! Just as popular is the Caesar salad and the seared tuna; the kitchen buys the fish whole and chops it themselves.

A credit card is required to secure a reservation for groups of 6 persons or more, if there is availability - this is simply to secure your booking, absolutely no money will be charged to the card except in the case of late cancellations. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the reservation) and no-shows will incur a charge of £25 per person
