Settembrini restaurant in Rome near the media-hub Piazza Mazzini shows how chic design slips effortlessly into an ancient setting and attracts a very cool, relaxed crowd. Chef Luigi Nastri lets his evolving space change over the day from a quick-lunch diner to tea lounge and wine bar to full evening restaurant, where his perfectly-sourced ingredients shine in creative dishes with traditional roots. Settembrini is an exciting restaurant where you can enjoy authentic gnocchi stuffed with ricotta, spinach, tomato and soft egg followed by hamburger of Piemonte beef with pepper ketchup, accompanied by a constantly-evolving wine list from small, regional producers.
