Om Ah-So Teppanyaki Restaurant
In Japan eating involves a lot of ceremony and a little theatre. This concept has now travelled all the way to Norwich in the shape of Ah-So. Ah-So looks good with its bold, simple design and the delicious menu offers individual portions or dishes to share plus little extras for those times when there’s a gap to be filled. Yes, there’s sushi but really Ah-So is all about the teppanyaki. And when we say teppanyaki we don’t mean something grilled behind closed doors, we mean the full on theatre experience; flames leaping in front of your very eyes, tall hated chef flipping food expertly in to the air. Is it just us or does that drama add a little extra flavour?

Fabulous food, as always. Normally Ah-so chefs put on such a "show" which was lacking this time and we were somewhat disappointed. Normally their setting fire to food and flamboyant chef skills make you feel like you have had dinner and been to a show, but not on this occasion. However food and service was second to none and I thoroughly recommend it.

I cannot reccommend AhSo any higher, the food is amazing, service is fantasic and the theatre involved in preparing of the food in front of everyone makes a meal out into more of an event. Thankyou so much for making my parents 38th wedding celebrations memorable, we will definitely be coming back.Recension
Ah So is unique for Norwich and offers a dining experince that must be tried. The food is down to earth, simple and well presented by your own personal at table chef. I had fillet steak, squid and chicken which are served simply on thier own allowing me to taste the beautiful flavours without the distraction of spices or sauces. The only downfall was the rice which tasted slightly burnt, it could be argued this is all part of the at table flame cooked experience so is only a small complaint.Besökare
