In 1996 the Castro-Martin family took over the Jardín restaurant. Since then, with the support of an excellent team, they have ensured that Jardín is run successfully. The Menu is the result of many years' creations in the kitchen to offer traditional yet imaginative cuisine - dishes created with care and a predominance of fresh seasonal produce.
