Pearl Liang restaurant is part of the smart new Paddington Waterside development in Paddington Central. This classy, contemporary Chinese restaurant creates an authentically Oriental vibe with water features, bamboo and a room-length painting of Chinese blossom branches. With soft lighting and red seating, it’s a pretty glamorous
setting to tuck into soft shell crab with garlic and chilli or to clear your tubes with crispy shredded beef in spicy red hot sauce. And if you’ve gone through life so far without trying Buddha Jump Over The Wall, now’s your chance. Dim sum is served all day, there’s a funky bar and the music is cool.
Please note - this restaurant does not take bookings for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pearl Liang makes a lovely evening out I'm sure - I went with my friend at 6pm so we didn't get the full ambience of a full restaurant but it was still very nice (although the staff always stood near our table which I found a little unnecessary!). Veggie food was great and they were very helpful in adapting dishes. Recommended!

Booked Pearl Liang for business lunch; the Dim Sum set menu is excellent value for money and well presented. Other dishes from main menu were well cooked but pretty ordinary. Very nice decor though. Service could be a little slow at times but was very polite once you had got their attention. Would return to dine in the evening; would be interestting to see if there was a diiference to service and food quality. The rating from the other diners with me was 7.5 overall.Recension
I went to Pearl Liang with some friends a few weeks ago and really enjoyed the Dim Sum. The second occasion was with work colleagues and the 'set' menu. The food was OK, but would certainly recommend the Dim Sum! Still had a great night, excellent service and soft shell crab. Would recommend.Besökare
