Pastarazzi is one of Chester’s best-loved restaurants, serving top-quality Italian fare in a sensational gothic setting. The grade 2 listed building has been lovingly restored and the original oak paneling, rich red ceilings and ethereal arched windows create a convivial atmosphere. Pastarazzi’s award-winning menu is based on traditional Italian recipes, adapted to include fresh and seasonal produce. Popular dishes include the homemade butternut squash ravioli with sage butter, mushroom Wellington with red onion marmalade and gruyere cheese, and tomato and buffalo mozzarella risotto. With an extensive wine list and attentive service, Pastarazzi is fast becoming an institution.

Pastarazzi was a great choice. Big open plan room with good atmosphere. Good choice of menu and well looked after. Would return again.

Lovely setting. Quite quiet so service was very good. Lunch was very nice and quick to arrive. All in all, a very relaxed dining experience.Recension
Pastarazzi has a loooovely ambience, with beautiful decor and a cute bar upstairs to wait before you sit down for dinner. You can have posher dinners or smaller, cheaper pasta dishes which meant for us there was something to suit everyone. Also its rare to find somewhere busy on a tues night, and it was here - must be a good sign!Besökare
