The Olive Press Pizzeria Bar & Grill restaurant in the heart of Liverpool’s financial and night life quarters – work hard and play hard – is ideal for both business and relaxation. The light décor is a smart combination of rustic Italian and modern style, much like the Olive Press’s menu. Fresh ingredients go into classic and innovative Italian dishes, like Olive Press Lasagne, the fantastic burgers on focaccia, the stone-baked pizzas and the special lobster dishes. Choose your crustacean from the tank. It’s utterly family-friendly: children enjoy a healthy kids menu, make-their-own pizzas. Moderate prices and a fun atmosphere make this a local favourite.

The Olive Press is a cosy place to enjoy a meal with adults and children. Menu choice was extensive and children well catered for.

I booked a table at the Olive Press last saturday for 9 of us. It was booked for 7.30pm but we were not seated until 8.20pm. The staff were apologetic though and we weren't in a rush so it wasn't major issue. I ordered the seabass which came with a salad but the portion was very small. I do not think the grill menu is good value for money and there was no mention of Lobster being available. My friend liked her pizza so I would recommend it for pizza and pasta only and for the good atmosphere.

Recension

An enjoyable pre theatre meal.We ate early so there wasn't much atmosphere, just a few weary shoppers but we like the restaurant very much. We will definitely visit The Olive Press again.
