Marine Restaurant in Eastbourne has one of the best sea views on the South Coast. Set in a sparkling Victorian wedding cake of a hotel, the Marine Restaurant has all the style and grandeur of that era. There are high paneled ceilings in sunshine yellow with thick carpets and curtains, chandeliers, white linens and complex napery, but it is the magnificent view of Eastbourne pier and the sea that takes the breath away. Perfect for romance, business and celebrations, the restaurant serves British cuisine with classic British service.
