Om Mango Room
It's in the heart of hippest Camden Town, with classic ska and reggae wafting through the air, and an excellent vibe from the young, personable crowd who come to drink and meet. You'll be tempted to book the Mango Room before you even hear about the food. It's great - a fusion of traditional and modern Caribbean cuisine. Favourites include curry goat with hot pepper, scallions, pimento and spices, or chargrilled jerk chicken with jerk sauce. Do not miss the mango and banana brulee.
Please note - all tables are subject to a 2 hour turnaround. The restaurant require credit card details for tables of 8 diners and above - they will call you directly to retrieve them.

For a Caribbean restaurant, Mango Room is not very Caribbean! Food is ok, but portions small and rice is a side rather than part of your meal?? Waiters/waitresses not very helpful although always polite. Told we could not order our starter as one of our party was running late! Overall, food satisfactory, nothing special, ambience strange, not Caribbean at all, staff friendly but unhelpful and inflexible.

Mango room had good ambience and great food. It was a relaxed yet swish atsmophere which blended well with the great service delivered and tasty food! The wine was lovely and I would recommend the restaurant.Recension
Service was very friendly, even if the drinks were a little on the slow side. We all enjoyed our meals and there was certainly a good selection to choose from. We had a great night out reminiscing about our trip to the Caribbean but felt the restaurant itself could have been a little more Caribbean in terms of the ambience. Maybe we were just wishing we were in Barbados not London....Besökare
