Om Macéo
Maceo will appeal to anyone with an eye for the finer things in life. Simple yet elegantly done up, it has over the years been a preferred haunt for celebrities and locals. Mark Williamson has kept to history and tradition where the decor and feel of the restaurant goes, but he chooses to experiment where the food comes in. Together with chef Thierry Bourbonnais, he comes with contemporary gems in the culinary world, examples of which are Filet of Duckling 'Nutty Honey' and Cumin-Baked Piglet Cheeks. An extensive wine list proves to be an added charm. Maceo in addition also has four 'salles' or rooms that you can hire for celebrating events and occasions.

Maceo was an excellent choice for New Year in Paris. Would definitely go back again the next time we visit. Staff very friendly, food was delcious. Only complaint was the band...entertaining but not in a good way.Recension
We went to Maceo on New Year's Eve 07. It was a wonderful set menu and they did very well to accomodate us for our romantic meal for two, even if the jazz in the background was rather dubious. It was however very expensive indeed and I would check prices before going again. Very nice caraffe of champagne, fruity red and tasty food. One to look out for.Recension
We went to Maceo for lunch and we had prebooked through toptable. We had a very enjoyable meal nice subtle flavours with excellent presentation. The staff were attentive but not overbearing and they all were knowligable about what they were serving. The restuarant is simple but stylish and the atmosphere was buzzing.
