Livebait, famous for thrilling diners with its fresh, innovative approach to seafood cuisine, has been a prominent restaurant in Leeds since opening in August 2001. As in the group's three other restaurants, Livebait offers the freshest fish and shellfish from Britain's shores and locations as far away as the Australian Great Barrier Reef. At Livebait, old favourites like cod and chips are given a modern twist and the global menu also encompasses the exotic and unusual, such 'Spicy red Thai fish curry with coconut milk, lime leaves and coriander' and 'Seared sea bass fillets with ginger and chilli crab, baby spinach, stir fried noodles and hoi sin suace. With its unique, stylish design and friendly informal service diners can enjoy the distinctive Livebait experience in the restaurant for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday.

Another fantastic meal at Livebait - marvellous food, service and ambiance - what more could a girl want? We took some friends for their first visit and they loved it!

the food tasted good but the portions were very small. Had this been stated we would have ordered of the main menu.Recension
Livebait Leeds - The setting and service was great and we were really looking forward to it, however as you enter the restaurant it looks a bit like an American Diner with holes in the chairs. I had the Whitebait for starters and it was OK but there were far too many (and I am a big eater!) The wife went for Crab cakes which were nice. For mains we both had Cod which again was OK but very dry, none of the courses had sauce so we were gagging for drinks which I felt were expensive at £4eachBesökare
