Fans of chef Thierry Burlot have followed his progress through a variety of high-end restaurants, and are now ecstatic that he has opened his own establishment here in Montparnasse. This intimate restaurant has been given a cosy cocoa colour scheme, with photos by Borlet on the walls, and, we assume, the chef's favourite music pumping through the air. This has become a destination restaurant, particularly considering the reasonable pricing. Try starter of herring with tender braised turnips, main course of Coquilles St
Jacques with mashed beetroot, and pudding of grapefruit and pistachio creme brulee.
