Over the years, he has worked in top-class restaurants in Strasbourg, Santa Barbara in California, Madrid (with Martin Berasategui) and Palma (with Jacinto del Valle at Porto Pi) to mention a few, before opening up his own. La C Bayet has been lovingly designed in a stylish, minimalist way, and the service is always friendly and professional. The philosophy at La C Bayet is to unite the finest French cuisine from market produce with urban elegance and attention to detail while at the same time offering excellent value for money.
