Went to Isis for a work team meal...the venue was stunning, however the service was a bit too rushed for my liking. We were served without having the opportunity to view the menu properly to remind us of the menu that was chosen a month beforehand. I guess this was due to them wanting to clear the venue asap for the nightclub to begin. However, the bellydancer was a fantastic value add and got everyone in a party mood, and certainly gave a good twist to a normal meal out. I would visit again.

Overall, my friends and I had a good night. The place is lovely inside and mezze plates were large/good for sharing. Service wasn't that great. I was messed about with where I could sit at the start. There was a Xmas party so we ate in the lounge area with very small table and low seatings, not what I was expecting. Then the place turned into club at 11pm, which I managed to sweet talk the waiter into letting us stay despite not getting the £40 fixed menu.

Isis is great for a group - we went on the 2for1 deal with 8 people. i don't think that the regular set menu was worth £46 but at £23 it was a good deal. the dessert is not dessert - just some middle eastern sweet pastries. wine menu was good with some good value wines. would like to have stayed for club but they ask £20 per head.

We had a very pleasant evening dinning at Isis. I thought the service was excellent and the food very good. 3 people from our group are Egyptian and are therefore very familiar with this type of cuisine. We all rated the experience highly and would be happy to recommend it.

Isis - green park. A beautiful restaurant and the staff are very efficient and friendly. It was a Thursday night however and we were the only 4 people in the restaurant until about 10.30 when the DJ started and the place filled up with people. Expensive shots!

I found ISIS to be a very pleasant experience, great food with a good vegetarian selection and service was attentive. The decor and belly dancer also added to the Arabic atmosphere. Will be going back again shortly.

We visited Isis because of the special 2-for-1 food offer, but the bill still came in at £45 a head (with wine). The food was very nice, but not even close to be being good value even with the special offer. It's the kind of place that's great if you're with a large celebratory party, because there's loud music after 9pm and even a belly dancer (plus there's an after-dinner dancefloor). But if you want good inexpensive Middle Eastern food in sophisticated surroundings then stay out of Mayfair!

Recension

Food at Isis is excellent. For anyone who's been there before, the Toptable menu has changed considerably and the price hasn't changed accordingly! 4 starters, and a main course with some coffee and Baklawa is expensive even for £23pp (as it is with the discount.) That said, the ambience is very romantic and the food is delicious: meat tender and all very tasty. I did get fobbed off with an espresso when ordering a Lebanese coffee, so you have to keep your wits about you!
