Om The Hinds Head
Six centuries' worth of experience as a public house should be reason enough for the popularity of the Hinds Head. Owned by Fat Duck chef Heston Blumenthal, the restaurant is tucked away in the culinary hotspot of the small Berkshire village of Bray. Its Tudor origins are celebrated in a glorious menu of traditional British dishes, some over 500 years old, including Lancashire hotpot and oxtail and kidney pudding. Lighter snacks are available from the bar, together with guest ales and a select wine list.
