Glaister's Bar & Restaurant, in the heart of Chelsea, was opened in 1984 by Stephen Glaister. Hollywood Road is well-known for its café lifestyle and over the years, the restaurant has become a much-loved ?local? by residents, businesses and celebrities alike.
The executive head chef, Gary Lake, has created an imaginative and tantalising menu, combining modern European cuisine with a contemporary twist at affordable prices.
The bar offers a wide selection of cocktails and premium beers whilst the wine list has proved hugely popular with our regular guests and promises superb value for money.
