Welcome to Gars chinese restaurant, in the heart of the famous Brighton lanes. We offer a creative mix of modern and authentic Chinese cuisine with a sprinkling of Japanese and Thai favourites
Our modern and stylish restaurant, set over three floors, prides itself on being a family run business for over 20 years
Our flexible menus are as extensive as they are tasty, so whether your after a quick snack while shopping in the old lanes of Brighton, or a more formal evening meal, there will be something to suit.
Gars offers a private function room with a bar and even karaoke facilities. Whether it be a romantic meal or a party, we happily welcome all functions.

Recension
Gars menu had a lot of good choices. The duck was lovely, beef ok but nothing special. Starter of prawns was dissappointing as only had two prawns. Good value for money.

We had the £15 set meal at Gars, as we knew we would be pushed for time and thought this would be the best option. We found great service a great offer and most importantly great food. We were very pleased and will definitely go back for the a la carte in the very near future.Recension
