The interior of this bright, handsome restaurant honours the theme, with sea-coloured walls curved like a ship's hull, beach graphics, and a general salty air, but all in an elegant and sleekly modern way. The TriBeCa casual crowd keep the place buzzing as they enjoy the classic dishes and quirky originals. Try starter of scallop schnitzel with Cape Cod cranberries and aged balsamic, main course of charred 'kobe' yellowfin tuna toro with portobello, rice cake and warm herb vinaigrette, and dessert of French chocolate variations: warm cake, pudding, mousse torte and Earl Grey tea sorbet.Booking Tip: Please try to make your New York booking at least 48 hours in advance.
