Fredrick’s Restaurant in Maidenhead is a traditional restaurant serving high quality English Continental cuisine at the heart of an equally stylish hotel and spa. The classic décor features hand-painted paneling, crystal chandeliers and sconces, an elegant blue and buff colour scheme, fireplace, fresh flowers and original artworks. Brian Cutler is the award-winning chef de cuisine, employing the freshest of seasonal and organic produce for menu, divided between adventurous a la carte and Fredrick’s classics with seasonal specialties as well as superb Sunday luncheon choices. The complementary wine list roams with globe. The dining room overlooks mature gardens where al fresco dining is held in summer months.
