The Finca has been in the family for a long time, and Sebastian still follows his ancestors' tradition of using the surrounding land to produce what is put on the table. It's a perfect combination - Sebastian takes care of the gardens, and Margarita creates dishes with what he grows - all with great enthusiasm, expertise and flair.
