Set in a spectacular eighteenth-century home surrounded by acres of woodland near Swansea, Fairyhill restaurant is renowned for its stunning contemporary Welsh cuisine. With the Gower Peninsula – a rolling landscape of moors, cliffs and beaches – on its doorstep, Fairyhill offers a setting like no other and a menu to match. Signature dishes, including seared scallops with black fettuccine and Welsh black beef fillet with dauphinoise potatoes, red chard and port jus, are made using the freshest local produce. Fairyhill is so good you’ll want to stay the night, so book into the designer hotel and eat like a king all weekend.

Recension

We went to celebrate my wif'e's birthday on a cold March evening. The hotel was lovely and warm, with a real fire burning in the comfortable lounge. The food was beautifully cooked, the staff adequately attentive, and after two courses we were comfortably full. We'll return soon if we can!

This was my first visit to Faiyhill on a rare trip back to Swansea and was pleasantly suprised. The setup was quite formal but still relaxed and the service was very welcoming. The food was of a high standard, and it was particularly refreshing to see the majority of the menu locally sourced. The set lunchtime menu had good variety and was good value for the price. Will be returning on future trips back to Swansea.

Beautiful setting, lovely grounds,service excellent, food faultless. The only downside drinks were expensive but would thoroughly recommend fairyhill resturant
