Om Everest Restaurant and Bar Club
The Everest Restaurant in Edgware is a Nepalese restaurant that’s aiming for the heights. Set right on the High Street a short walk from Edgware Station, Everest balances on the cusp of east and west. The décor is part neo-Tudor with leaded windows, beamed ceilings and half-timbered, rough-plastered walls, and part Nepalese/Indian with elaborately decorated seating, plasma screens running Indian programmes, and photos of the Himalayas. Everest’s signature dish must surely be the Loly Pop chicken, though vegetarians would be in heaven here too, with everything accompanied by Nepalese beer. The wait staff serves with joie de vivre that’s infectious.
Opening hours:
Mon - Sun 6pm - 11pm
The chef is guided by Ayurvedic directives for healthy eating and by the Upanishads in creating his traditional dishes.

Food was great, and the service attentive but sadly the atmosphere wasn't great... but i would really recommend the food!Recension
Very good experience at Everest Restaurant. The food menu was excellent for vegetarians and were not disappointed by the foods we selected. Each dish was tasty and unique, especially loved the chilli and garlic mogo - best ever eaten as the flavours tasted very fresh! The service was great and we did not have to wait in between each course. The ambience was like a family home and comfortable. Highly recommend especially if you are local to the area. Will definitely be visiting again soon!Recension
It was a shame to book this restaurant which has good reviews but turned out to be not good at all. The service was appalling, asked for water never got one, the main course took 1hr to come, food was cold and did not taste nice. Wouldn't not recommend to anyone to go there.Besökare
