El Salmon is a very well established restaurant in the Palmanova area. It was opened by the Martinez family in 1972, who have more than 50 years experience in the restaurant business. The atmosphere here is friendly and informal with sons Tato and Emiliano, who continue to manage the business with great enthusiasm and care for their customers. Chef Tato produces the wide variety of dishes on the menu, always ensuring a high standard of the ingredients used and that great care is taken over the presentation.
