This fun and family-friendly restaurant in Longridge, Preston, has a chic, contemporary interior and a delicious modern Mediterranean-fusion menu. With wooden floors, cream walls, a bright backlit yellow perspex bar and colourful artworks from local artists, Dino's is a stylish setting for casual catch-ups and special celebrations. Specialties from Dino's at the Alston Portuguese/English menu include the traditional duck breast served with carrots, courgettes, and a spiced caramelised pear garnished with peanuts and a summer fruits dressing; golden fillets of sea bass served in an Amarone sauce with skewers of prawns, sautéed spinach and sweet chilli jam; and the Monkfish Cataplana – a Portuguese stew served in a copper pot with shellfish, peppers and tomatoes in a white wine sauce.
