Dexters represents America in the impressive international food offering that is The Orient Food Court in Manchester's famous Trafford Centre. Shoppers - especially those with kids - come here to rest and recharge with classic American diner food; chargrill steaks, burgers, spicy chicken wings; hot dogs and fish and chips for the young ones (they get a junior menu, with organic options, with their crayons). Sporting memorabilia and a saloon-style decor make for a fun, relaxed setting that becomes cosy at night when lights are dimmed and tealights illuminate each table.
