Dining out at Cottons in Camden is guaranteed to brighten even the greyest London day. This Caribbean-themed restaurant has a Jamaican bar serving over 270 kinds of rum, and three dining rooms called Margarita, St Lucia and Barbados. What's not to love? The cuisine at Cottons has Hispanic, French and Jamaican influences, and favourites include the salt cod fritters served with mango and ginger chutney; the Boston jerk pork with fried yams, festival rice, peas and a hot pepper sauce; and the steamed Creole red bream with okra and peppers cooked in a tomato sauce and served with rice. With delicious cocktails and an island-inspired menu, Cottons is perfect for a tropical night out on the town.

Please note - on Friday and Saturday evenings this restaurant has two sitting times: 7pm and 9:15pm.

Just returned from a caribbean holiday so was perfect for a small intimate reunion. Lovely food - great cocktail menu and happy hour! Friendly and accommodating staff. All in all a great evening and highly recommended.

NIce food, nice place, nice cocktails. Service was a little casual and we found that a service charge had been scrawled in pen on the bottom of the bill and was automatically taken from the debit card. This didn't look very professional, and I'm not sure the service was worth as much! All in all a pleasant evening.

Recension

Cottons had some really nice food. The vegetarian platter was, however, very starchy as it contained rice, yam, plantain and sweet potato! Yummy cocktails (which were on the happy hour deal when we arrived). The service was quick and friendly.
