Brasserie St Quentin looks the part, half lit and brass rails. The statrers are good on choice, and the oysters and quail on risotto were thought over choices. The quail was well cooked, but the oysters had been carelessly opened, so shellflakes touched the tongue. The belly pork for main was lucious , but £3.50 per vegetable dish for tiny portions was rapacious. As was the three very small portions of cheese- no choice- served for almost £7.00.Good food, but soaking the wallets -generosity needed!

Dining tables as in many restaurants in London are too close to eachother which is not good for privacy. I had a sirloin which interestingly was served with bearnaise sauce. Tender meat but now quite large enough a portion for my taste. My partner had a poultry dish with excellent potatoes mixed with little chorizos. All in all a pleasurable experience with a nice view from the windowBesökare
