Om Brasserie Roux
Inspired by Albert Roux, Brasserie Roux is situated at 8 Pall Mall in an extraordinary double-height space, formerly the banking hall of Cox's and King's bank. Located on the ground floor of the hotel with its own entrance on Pall Mall, the one hundred seat brasserie offers new classic French cuisine in an atmosphere of informal elegance. The design theme throughout the restaurant is that of a young rooster - the logo of the building's former owners (Cox's and King's) and the symbol of France. The designer, Pierre-Yves Rochon, has created an elegant atmosphere with buttercup yellow walls and contemporary furniture upholstered in dark green and red fabrics. Three 15ft arched windows dressed with matching pale yellow and white American blinds overlook Pall Mall and Waterloo Place and help create a stunningly spacious yet refined area in which to enjoy honest 'Brasserie Cuisine', created by one of the world's most famous chefs.

Our experience at Brasserie Roux on Pall Mall was difficult to fault. Delicious food, excelent service, good wine and beautiful toilets! The pre-theatre menu was brilliant value and would stongly recomend to all.

Brasserie Roux nr St. James was a pleasant place to be on Christmas Eve. The food and menu were excellent and the three in our party which included 2 with Gluten intolerance and one with dairy intolerance found little difficulty in being able to pick an enjoyable meal from the well balanced and imaginative menu. Service generally was good. Range of wines was good too. We thouroughjly enjoyed our evening and overcame our disappointment at a slow and poor welcoming when we first arrivedBesökare
