Bar Gansa restaurant in Camden is as Spanish as a bullfight but a lot more fun. Think colourful paintings, worn wooden tables and terracotta pitchers, topped off with Monday flamenco dancing and electrifying guitar playing. The food is equally Iberian: you can tuck into some top tapas, or tackle a huge and savoury paella filled with chunks of tender chicken, fish and prawns, washed down with an ice-and-fruit-filled jug of red wine sangria. With background Latin beats that will have you tapping your feet and dreaming of your next holiday, the buzzing Bar Gansa is a deservedly popular part of the Camden scene.
