Om Bar 163 - Chertsey
The folk of Chertsey have, for a long time, had nothing to amuse them outside of commuting or the log flume at Thorpe Park. But thanks to the team behind Egham’s Bar 163, since 2000 things have got a whole lot more exciting when the sun goes down. Set in the old town hall Bar 163 successfully mixes quirky style with fantastic food and the odd al fresco jazz evening. High ceilings are complimented by weird and wonderful décor while throughout the day summery Mediterranean specialities are served, especially welcome on those hot sunny days when you can’t resist terrace dining.

Bar 163, Chertsey, was quite disappointing. Some of the food was over cooked eg scallops. The restaurant is large, impersonal and a mish-mash of styles which might appeal to some. The price is reasonable for a three course meal.Recension
We took my dad to Bar 163, Chertsey for his birthday and had a wonderful time. The staff were really friendly and helpful in making it a special evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the food especially the steaks although they were a liitle pricey...we also found the wine a little steep but other than that it is a wonderful dining experience!! totally recommend it :-)Recension
Bar 163 is a fabulous choice for a special occasion or a regular experience. The food is delicious, there's lots of choice and the atmosphere is cosy, intimate and just that little bit different. I'd thoroughly recommend it.Besökare
