Don't be fooled by the conventional Chinese restaurant decor. Bali Bali is an Indonesian / Malaysian restaurant with distinctive cooking and friendly, helpful staff. It's no surprise that familiar satay is a favourite starter, but for a treat, try the rijstafel, a feast of seven special dishes highlighting the best of Indonesian cuisine. Drink Bitang Indonesian beer, or consult the wine menu. A family-owned restaurant, Bali Bali happily accommodates all, from hurried lunchers to diners out for an evening's adventure.

Please be aware that this restaurant can only take bookings for groups of up to 15 people.

Recension

Bali Bali does a great pre theatre menu - quick service, really good food (especially yummy chilli prawns) and good value for money to boot. A bit cramped as the tables are very close together but that just adds to the atmosphere. A good family venue. Will come again.

Recension

Bali Bali - our waiter mentioned the chef had a half day off, so that explained the mostly re-heated food (and one dish cold). However, it was still very tasty, and when we mentioned the cold dish, they offered us a free drink which was good. The service as a whole was fairly basic (no introduction, greeting or offers of assistance throughout the meal), but it was efficient and I will definitely go back, on a day when the chef is inhouse!

Recension

The location of Bali Bali makes it very accesible to the West End. The food and ambience were superb too. A few reviews commented on the slow service but I did not find it an issue at all. Food was very good and the place had a small family style atmosphere. The choice on the menu was superb too. Only slight gripe was the food was a bit oily.
