Beuatifully cooked food, really over-priced in a bland, soulless atmosphere. such a shame as it could have been a memorable occasion.

Thought the Atrium lunch offer was excellent vfm. A fine meal (more than competent cooking) and good wine recommendations with each course.

Recension

Had our first reward meal at Atrium on Friday. The set menu was very limited but the food was excellent and I especially enjoyed the duck and apricot spring roll. Service was lovely and very gracious even though they had no record of our requested rewards meal. This was honoured without fuss and we would definitely return.

Recension

I recently ate lunch at Atrium and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was excellent and the menu varied and interesting. The staff were extremely polite and knew everything there was to know about the menu ensuring any questions we had were answered in a detaied, knowledgable way. The only downside was the atmosphere as there was only one other table in although it was 1pm on a Friday so perhaps not their busiest time. Overall I would strongly recommend a visit to Atrium.

Atrium was very quiet for a Monday lunchtime (only 2 other tables), but the ambience was lovely ... not appropriate for a business lunch but beautiful decor and low lighting made for a romantic atmosphere. The service was impeccable, the food was very good, and despite the expensive coffee (£4 espresso) and water, I'd definitely recommend it, especially with the TT deal.

Cannot comment as I wished to book for 18:30 on a Saturday and no phone lines available even for Toptable to book it. Would suggest that if you want the custom you're available to take bookings. Went to Petit Paris instead.

A wonderful meal with attentive but not intrusive service. The filet of Aberdeen Angus melted in the mouth and the orange and cardomum cheesecake was superb! This must rate as the best restaurant in Edinburgh.

I took my girlfriend to Atrium for her Birthday and we had a splendid time. The waiters were incredibly attentive and the restaurant was very creatively lit. There also was no music which actually made a nice change. The was original, and drinks and food arrived very efficiently. The Coq au vin was the best I've ever eaten. We went away very much satisfied and felt it was great value for money. The only annoying thing was that the waiterswould continually circle the room - just too much!
