Aria restaurant is located in the luxurious surrounds of the stylish Hyatt Regency Birmingham hotel and mixes modern European cuisine with great British classics. Dishes such as the Trio of Shropshire Lamb, Char-grilled Cutlets, Lamb Shoulder Boulangere and Sautéed Sweet Breads are all sourced from quality, local producers. My wife and I visited Aria at the Hyatt in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The service was excellent and personable. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere and ambience was relaxing. A thoroughly enjoyable evening!Besökare
