Angel’s Share, in Chapel Allerton in North Leeds, is a chic and cavernous dining complex complete with three floors of drinking and eating facilities. The ground floor houses a vibrant bar, with mixologists shaking up a selection of classic and original cocktails. The chilled-out lounge on the second floor has comfy sofas and a grazing menu, and the restaurant on the top floor serves a menu described as English cuisine with a Spanish influence. Highlights include the slow-cooked belly of pork with crackling, sage mash and balsamic beetroot, and the fish pie of salmon, haddock and prawns served with lemon mashed potato and spinach. Angel’s Share is always buzzing, and ideal for fun after-work catch-ups with friends or colleagues.
