Andaman by Dieter Müller is the favourite haunt of London's distinguished intelligentsia, trendy toffs and discerning bankers yet remains Mayfair's best kept culinary secret. Newly reopened in August 2008, the restaurant has earned exceptional critical acclaim, and signature dishes from the modern Mediterranean menu include the deep fried scampi with pea purée and papaya-chilli vinaigrette; the lamb chops with red pepper jam, courgette and garlic foam; and the gratinated sea bass with black pudding, potatoes, leek and violet mustard sauce.
A credit card is required to reserve a table, if there is availability - this is simply to secure your booking, absolutely no money will be charged to the card except in the case of late cancellations. A fee of £25 per person will be charged for a cancellation within 12 hours or a no show
