Amba is a smart, modern cool space serving contemporary seasonal British food in the stylish May Fair Hotel. Decorated with amber coloured leather banquets with a black granite floor, and featuring an open kitchen, Amba provides real theatre as you watch the Chef’s preparing your meal. We love the Roasted quail, walnuts, baby spinach with seasonal cherries; the Roasted Gloucestershire loin of pork crispy belly with and no meal at Amba is complete without trying the Lemon tart with sesame nougat and citrus fruits. Service is really professional whilst remaining friendly and fun. Wine connoisseurs will enjoy a great selection of quality wines from around the world.
