For anybody who’s ever dreamed of the idyllic seaside life, running a little café serving your favourite homey foods to friendly regulars, Bournemouth’s Adam and Eve’s will either inspire or send you green with envy. Just outside the centre of the increasingly fashionable coastal town, Adam and Eve’s is the brainchild of locals Bryan and Monica Adams. Imagine a handful of rustic tables and chairs nestled between runs of floor to ceiling shelves, groaning under the weight of glorious foodstuffs to inspire even the most reluctant of chefs. The Adam and Eve’s menu meanwhile is all about wholefoods with a conscience; good for you, organic, locally sourced, seasonal and animal friendly.
