18twintig has cool interior design and was a popular bar later on. However, the food service was appaulling - despite arriving early we waited an eternity to first get starters and then even longer to get the main course. This isn't to mention the massive delays in getting drinks. A table of about 18 girls that arrived after us got their food before us. The food itself was a mixed bag - some tasty, some bland and some trying hard to be innovative but failing miserably.

18twintig was a great experience for the 15 of us. We all had fantastic food and raved about the service and style of the place all weekend. Definetely reccommend the place.

If you plan to dine out in Amsterdam, 18twintig is about as good as it gets on the restaurant front, personally i'll stick to the coffee shops and bakeries in future.

We had read good reviews for 18twintig, but it well and truly exceeded our expectations. It was an ultra-cool, funky place that felt spacious, yet ambient. The food was delicious, and we didn't feel hurried to leave. In fact we stayed for most of the night. The staff were freindly (if not a little rushed). I wuld highly recommend this place. It it weren't for top table, we would never have found it either!! It made our trip to Amsterdam very specail!!

18twintig was a fab place to go for a drink. unfortunately the food wasn't that great, by the time we arrived they had run out of a couple of dishes, but the atmopshere of the resturant/ bar was great, with a young and trendy crowd.

We went to 18twintig on a Saturday night although it was early and fairly quiet. The restaurant staff were great, the food was divine and reasonably priced. The service was efficient to say we were a party of 12 and i would certainly go again.

The restaurant has a good location and a good ambience. The menu is perfect - not too big and not too small and the wine list is just right - all of it is reasonably priced. The service for a Dutch restaurant was outstanding. I would recommed a visit.

The food was lovely at 18twing however the service was a little poor, there was nowhere near enough staff on. The main courses were over an hour after the starters then after they cleared some plates it was another half an hour before someone came to collect the rest from our table. Lovely resturant with delicious food, just a shame about the service.

I must say what a fantastic night we had, Food was exceptional and the service was great 10/10. This was the first night of the restaurants new menu and they coped exceptionally well. Staff were friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Prices were very reasonable. If I return to Amsterdam I will be visiting again. Directions:Make sure you get the 16 or 24 tram away from Amsterdam central and get off at the first stop after weteringcircuit and it’s about 50yrds on the right.
