Though known for his vegetarian venture, Greens, Earle is a more carnivorous affair. Expect top-drawer Northern nosh with an emphasis on local produce, Lancashire 28-day aged beef and fresh fish from one of the last remaining fleets out of Fleetwood. The modern, split-level dining area suits the town’s trendy urbanites just fine, and sets the perfect backdrop for contemporary British cookery.
