About Ziba @ The Racquet Club
Dating back to 1874 Liverpool’s Racquet Club, now home to Ziba, was once an extremely exclusive place to play rugby, squash and fives. More than a hundred years later the Racquet Club is back with a new look. Gone are the sweaty rugby players to be replaced by gym and treatment rooms, a hotel and very sleek brasserie, Ziba. The expansive Victorian building allows its restaurant a huge arched window, flooding the room with light and making floors, tables and bar gleam. Food ranges from light bites and bar snacks to full three course meals and changes seasonally. Traditional British ingredients are put to use to produce moreish dishes such as poached crab and brill roulade or roast partridge.

I would not and have not hesitated in recommending this establishment to all who need a recommendation.Review
