The Woburn Place Dining Room is the flagship restaurant of the historic Hilton London Euston in Bloomsbury is a magical dining room set in a soaring, Kew-like Victorian conservatory complete with potted palms, white-painted decorative pillars sun streaming in or stars twinkling overhead. Waiters flicker in and out serving modern European dishes like dressed blue swimmer crab with toasted granary bread, pan-fried salmon fillet with crayfish sauce and saffron mash, and apple tart tatin with clotted cream ice cream.
