The Forge on a Saturday lunchtime is a relaxing and informal place in which to have a bit of a rest from the bussle of Borough Market. The food could be described as top-notch pub grub. A group of us shared several platters which were very generous, and an excellent wine list. The service was very good and I would definately return.Review
The Wine Wharf is a good place to meet up for an after work drink. We had the platter to nibble and while it was tasty, three pieces of each doesn't work well with two people. The wine list is great, plenty of choice from all around the world and to suit all prices but I object to paying for service when I had to order at the bar and carry bottle, glasses and ice bucket to my own table. I got the impression they didn't have a bookings book and no table had been reserved for us.Review
Excellent platters and vast range of wine by the glass available at Wine Wharf. Funky bare brick interior, try to reserve the table upstairs next to the large window - perfect for small gatherings, leaving drinks etc.Visitors
