Whisky Mist, from the team behind uber-venue Mahiki, is just that. An old school private haven for serious dining and drinking in plushly masculine surroundings. Inspired by those kind of resorts which scream money – Capri, St Tropez – Whisky Mist is populated with the folk who really do holiday there. Classy and simple, the British menu (like the venue itself) is understated with old favourites given modern twists without fancy fanfare or show-off gimmicks.
