About Waldo's at Cliveden
Waldo's at Cliveden is synonymous with established and elegant fine dining. Set in Cliveden House, - one of England's grandest country house hotels and former home of the eminent Astor family - the dining room at Waldo's is effortlessly sophisticated. The Michelin-starred menu features signature dishes such as roasted langoustines sautéed and served with caramelised cauliflower, seaweed crackers and shellfish saboyen;
confit of tomato and baby squid finished with a lemon and olive dressing, and pan-roasted farmed Anjou pigeon with poached foie gras, buttered spinach served with a herb and sherry vinegar jus. With over 800 bins of exceptional wine in the cellar, Waldo's is simply a must for all serious foodies and bon vivants.
