Light, spacious and understated, the interior design of this Battersea restaurant is intended to let the food speak for itself. Tom Ilic offers classic French ingredients and haute cuisine dishes with a light modern twist. The emphasis is on fresh distinctive flavours and interesting combinations. Tom Ilic is one of those eateries which might be a neighbourhood restaurant but still attracts people from far and wide.
Please note - this restaurant does not take bookings for 8pm.On Friday & Saturday nights tables are available at 7pm and 9pm and are subject to a 2 hour turnaround.

We are regulars at Tom Ilic (formerly the Food Room, as it will always be in our hearts) and our most recent experience was wonderful, as always. We are delighted to see the menu change and this time we were enraptured by the scallops and pork belly with hazelnut and jerusalem artichoke main course - it was probably the best main course I have had all year!. The dessert selection was better than usual, with my husband's lemon and ricotta cake and my pear tatin very good.
