THE SHORE has appeared in the Which? Good Food Guide every year since 1992 and specialises in fresh Scottish seafood and game, zesty or comforting in style, served in an informal 18th century setting of wood panelling, huge mirrors and real fires. Choose from the intimate, white linen, non smoking dining room overlooking the Water of Leith, or the bustling bar with its lively, live latin jazz and folk music sessions.
