Just out of Leeds, overlooking the countryside, The Olive Tree is a delight. With traditional decor, wooden floors, chandeliers, well-spaced, white-clothed tables and high quality Greek food, the restaurant attracts a wide variety of clientele - who enjoy the Friday and Saturday live music and smashing of plates. All your Greek favourites are here, beautifully prepared and attractively served, as well as specialities like Imam Bayildi, baked aubergine stuffed with onion, tomatoes and herbs, or main dishes like Arne Ma Frouta, lamb cooked with apricots, prunes and apples. Enjoy the spirit of Greece and the Meditterranean warmth of the welcome.

The Olive Tree Greek restaurant at Rodley in Leeds was very busy, so much so that when we arrived there wasn't a single car parking space left, so we had to park on the main road. To be honest that was the only gripe as the food came fast and was just divine. I'd highly recommend the Beef Stiffado and the Dolmades and my wife loved the Filo parcels filled with Fetta. A Bouzuki player added that touch of autenticity to the whole evening! A++++++

This wasn't our best visit to the Olive Tree but the staff remain friendly and the food is consistently good. he place seemed to slightly lack atmosphere but it was a quiet Tuesday.Visitors
