About Sinatra's Lounge Bar & Restaurant
Sinatra's Lounge Bar & Restaurant (formerly The Lynmore at Sharpenhoe), on
the edge of Barton-le-Clay near Bedford, is what every village restaurant
wishes it could be. With an historic exterior - the restaurant has been part
of this community for two centuries - and a smart, beautifully restored interior, it gets full marks for style. The views over The Clappers, where the bum-flashing part of Braveheart was filmed, are delightfully bucolic and romantic. Sinatra's Italian menu caters for all diners, including options for children and vegetarians. The chefs aim to provide the real taste of Italy, with simple and classic dishes freshly made on a daily basis, such as Linguine Polpettini – homemade meatballs in a red wine and vine tomato ragu.
Opening hours:
Tue - Sat: 12pm - 12amSun: 12pm - 4pm

We hadn't been to the lynmore for a few years - boy has it changed! Gone is the old traditional pub, instead a comfortable modern restaurant with a wonderful ambience. The food was lovely with enough choice for most and the service helpful and friendly. Little bit of a wait for the bill, but that would be our only criticism. We will definitely be visiting again soon.Review
Pleasantly modern and chic dining environment with great flavoursome food.Review
