About The Library
No, you don't have to keep silent when dining at The Library. In fact there's hardly a book in sight, just white table linens, twinkling candles and gleaming cutlery. An English menu with international influences that specialises in seafood is complimented by an impressive wine list (with a good selection of half bottles). Signature dishes include foie gras with fried onions, apple crisps and Muscat-soaked grapes to start, with beef Wellington to follow and the dark chocolate parfait with
white chocolate ganache completes a fantastic meal. The library provides the perfect location for family celebrations, romantic dinners or business lunches.

The library served good traditional food in an old fashioned but comfortable atmosphere. It was expensive though and there was a pianist/singer playing who was really irritating.Review
Excellent venue, food and service. Would definitely go there again. Very helpful and reliable. Dealt especially well with a large group booking (40 people) and flexible and accommodating in regards to the menu.Review
We visited the Library for dinner on a Saturday evening when the restaurant was busy which provided a lovely atmosphere. Food and wine were very nice although it was rather priceyVisitors
